Wedding Ceremony Permits: You'll need a wedding ceremony permit to get married at Yosemite National Park.
Food and beverages enjoyed at your wedding must be purchased on-site at Yosemite National Park. Food and beverage minimums will be applied to all catered events at Yosemite and vary depending on the event and number of guests. Please note that the food and beverage minimum does not include banquet room rental fees, room blocks, or sales tax, and that the current customary service charge is 20%.
- Because Yosemite is a National Park run by the National Park Service, there will be a vehicle entrance fee collected from each guest.
- Gas stations are available at Wawona Hotel, Crane Flat, and near park entrances.
- Between October and April, the law requires tire chains to be carried by all vehicles.
- Coolers and food may not be stored in vehicles at any time due to Yosemite's bear population.
- Helium balloons are not permitted in Yosemite National Park.
- Celebratory rice, birdseed, confetti and flower pedals may not be scattered or thrown due to the impact on Yosemite's wildlife.
