Policies

  • Check In at 3:00 PM  Early check in possible if arranged in advance.
  • Check Out at 12:00 Noon.
  • Two night minimum stay required on holidays and high season (April through October)   Exceptions must be negotiated in advance.
  • Full cancellation 10 days advance notice in high season (April through October).
  • 50% cancellation up to  5 days advance notice.
  • Less than 5 days will result in full charge and a gift certificate for a stay at another date.
  • All cancellations must be in some written form. (ie) email or letter.
  • Non cancellation will result in full charge.
  • Credit Card number required for room reservation and is pre billed.
  • Confirmation upon payment.
  • Master Card, Visa and American Express accepted.
  • We allow some pets if advance notice is given.  There is a pet charge of $25.00 per night if all conditions can be met.  $ 100.00 pet deposit is refundable after inspection.
  • Smoking is not allowed in rooms.  Smoking in room will incurr an automatic charge of $350.00 for cleaning and repainting.
  • Smoking is allowed in the designated courtyard area only.
  • We will negotiate special packages for off season visits.
